When writing, I do my best to hold a mirror up to all of the shame-filled life experiences and look through the lens of grace. Each song on this EP is a cathartic part of a collection of fossils that document where I've been and where I'm going. It's not a break up album. It's a breakthrough album. I hope it brings growth and gentleness to whoever listens."
